A bright, crunchy cabbage slaw that’s creamy, fresh, and the perfect balance to richer dishes. Simple, quick, and something you’ll make on repeat.

Ingredients

  • ½ head red cabbage, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup light mayo

  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the cabbage and add to a large bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour dressing over the cabbage and toss until fully coated.

  • Let sit for 10–15 minutes to soften slightly and let the flavors come together.

    Serve fresh.
