A bright, crunchy cabbage slaw that’s creamy, fresh, and the perfect balance to richer dishes. Simple, quick, and something you’ll make on repeat.
Ingredients
½ head red cabbage, thinly sliced
¼ cup light mayo
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Thinly slice the cabbage and add to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the cabbage and toss until fully coated.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes to soften slightly and let the flavors come together.
Serve fresh.
