Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with spinach and artichokes, this healthier take on the classic dip swaps in Greek yogurt for extra protein without sacrificing flavor. Perfect for game days, gatherings, or whenever you're craving something warm and comforting.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and microwaved according to package directions

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp onion powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Microwave the spinach until fully heated, then let cool slightly.

  • Squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. (This is the most important step.)

  • Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

  • Fold in the spinach and chopped artichokes.

  • Transfer to a baking dish and top with a little extra Parmesan and mozzarella.

  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

  • Broil for 1–2 minutes if desired.
