GF Cinnamon Streusel Banana Bread

Soft, cinnamon spiced banana bread with a buttery crumble top and sweet glaze, gluten-free, ridiculously moist, and lasts less than 48 hours in my kitchen.
Ingredients
Loaf
½ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
1½ tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1½ cups gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup sugar
⅔ cup gluten-free flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a loaf pan
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter + sugar
Add yogurt, eggs, and vanilla, mix until smooth
Stir in mashed bananas
Fold in gluten-free flour, baking soda, and cinnamon
Mix until just combined (don’t over mix)
Mix melted butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon
Use your hands or a fork until it forms a crumbly texture
Pour batter into loaf pan
Evenly sprinkle crumble over the top
Lightly press it in so it sticks (key for not losing it all when slicing)
Bake for 50–60 minutes
Toothpick should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs
Let cool at least 20 minutes
Mix powdered sugar + milk
Drizzle over the top
